Terms of Use for Design Data

Article 1 (General Provisions)

1. These terms apply to the use of design data provided by our company (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") by the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "User").

2. By purchasing the design data, the User agrees to these terms.

Article 2 (Types of Licenses)

1. Personal Use License: The User may use the purchased design data solely for personal use. Commercial use is not included.

2. Commercial Use License: By paying an additional fee, the User may use the purchased design data for commercial purposes.

Article 3 (Commercial Use Additional Fee)

1. If the User wishes to use the design data for commercial purposes, an additional fee specified separately by the Seller must be paid.

2. After purchasing the Commercial Use License, a version of the design data with the watermark removed will be provided.

Article 4 (Scope of Commercial Use)

1. The design data with a Commercial Use License can be used for the following purposes:

   • Production of printed materials (posters, brochures, business cards, etc.)

   • Creation of digital content (websites, social media advertisements, etc.)

   • Design of product packaging and branding logos

2. The User may not resell, distribute, or lend the design data to third parties.

Article 5 (Copyright)

1. The copyright of the design data belongs to the Seller or the original author.

2. If the User wishes to alter, modify, or create derivative works from the design data, prior permission from the Seller must be obtained.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. The Seller shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the design data.

2. If a dispute arises between the User and a third party regarding the use of the design data, the User shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense.

Article 7 (Amendment of Terms)

1. The Seller may amend these terms as necessary. The amended terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Seller's website.

2. If the User does not agree to the amended terms, they shall cease using the design data.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

2. Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Japan.

Article 9 (International Use)

1. Users outside of Japan are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the use of the design data.

2. The Seller makes no representations that the design data is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Users accessing or using the design data from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
